Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to set forth the conditions and procedures for use of the various services provided on the website (http://xxx.xxx.xxx) operated by Beumyong Technology Co., Ltd., as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows.
  • ① Member: An individual who has entered basic member information and entered into a service use agreement with the Company, and has been assigned an ID.
  • ② ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and use of services.
  • ③ Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect their own confidentiality in communications.
  • ④ Termination: The ending of the service use agreement by the Company or the member.
Article 3 (Posting, Effect, and Amendment of the Terms)
① These Terms are posted on the membership registration screen. The Company may amend these Terms where there is a change in circumstances or an important business reason to do so, and any amended Terms will be announced through the notice board.
② These Terms, and any Terms subsequently amended according to the Company's circumstances, take effect upon being announced to users.
Article 4 (Rules Other Than These Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant laws and regulations, where applicable.

Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Application for Use)
① An applicant may apply for use of the service by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the membership registration page, completing the registration process (filling out the Company's prescribed application form), and clicking the "Confirm" button.
② Applicants must use their real name and actual information, and may submit only one application per date of birth.
③ Users who do not enter their real name or actual information will not receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service.
Article 6 (Acceptance of Applications)
① The Company accepts applications submitted under Article 5, except in the cases described in Paragraphs 2 and 3.
② The Company may withhold acceptance until the relevant restriction is resolved in the following cases.
  • A. Where there is no available capacity in service-related facilities
  • B. Where there is a technical obstacle
  • C. Where otherwise deemed necessary due to the Company's circumstances
③ The Company may refuse to accept an application in the following cases.
  • A. Where the application is made using another person's name
  • B. Where the application contains false user information
  • C. Where the application is made for the purpose of undermining public order or good morals
  • D. Where the application otherwise fails to meet the Company's requirements for use

Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties

Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
① The Company is obligated to operate the site stably and continuously.
② The Company shall promptly handle any opinions or complaints raised by users that are deemed reasonable. However, if immediate handling is difficult, the Company shall notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule through a notice or email.
③ The provisions of Paragraph 1 do not apply where there is a request from a relevant authority or the Korea Communications Standards Commission for investigative purposes, where a warrant is presented, or where otherwise required by relevant laws.
Article 8 (Obligations of Users)
① Users must be familiar with and comply with these Terms, the Company's notices, and the site usage guide, and must not engage in any act that interferes with the Company's business.
② Users may not engage in any commercial activity using this site without the Company's prior approval.
③ Users may not copy, reproduce, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through this site, or provide it to a third party, without the Company's prior consent.

Chapter 4: Provision and Use of Services

Article 9 (Use of Services)
① Users shall use the site in compliance with the matters prescribed in these Terms.
② Matters concerning the use of services not specified in these Terms shall be governed by what the Company determines and posts as a "Notice," or otherwise announces separately.
Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide members with various information deemed necessary during the use of the service by email, postal mail, or other means.
Article 11 (Posting of Advertisements)
① The Company may post advertisements on the service screen, website, email, and other channels in connection with the operation of the service.
② The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's participation in, communication with, or transactions resulting from the promotional activities of advertisers posted on the site.
Article 12 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict a user's use of the site where such use or conduct falls under any of the following.
  • ① Where it undermines public order, good morals, or other social order
  • ② Where it is intended for, or objectively found to be related to, criminal activity
  • ③ Where it damages another person's reputation or significantly interferes with another person's use of the service
  • ④ Where content contrary to another person's wishes, or advertising material, is continuously transmitted
  • ⑤ Where the sound operation of the service is undermined through hacking, the spread of computer viruses, or similar acts
  • ⑥ Where it infringes the intellectual property rights of another user or a third party, or is found likely to give rise to a claim of infringement by the rights holder
  • ⑦ Where another person's ID and password are used without authorization
  • ⑧ Where it otherwise violates relevant laws, or the Company deems the user unsuitable
Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the service in the following cases.
  • ① Where a telecommunications carrier or internet network provider prescribed under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends service
  • ② Where service cannot be provided due to a power outage
  • ③ Where unavoidable due to relocation, maintenance, or construction of facilities
  • ④ Where normal service provision is difficult due to a failure of service facilities or a surge in service usage
  • ⑤ Where war, conflict, a natural disaster, or an equivalent national emergency occurs or is likely to occur
Article 14 (Management of Postings)
To establish a sound communication culture and operate the site efficiently, the Company may, at its discretion, delete, relocate, or refuse to register material posted or provided by a user where it is deemed to fall under Article 12.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Except where specifically permitted in an explicit written document signed by an authorized employee of the Company, users may not use the service to conduct business activities selling illegal goods, and in particular may not engage in hacking, advertisements for making money, commercial activity through obscene sites, or the illegal distribution of commercial software. The Company is not liable for the results or losses of any business activity conducted in violation of this, or for any legal action such as detention by the relevant authorities.

Chapter 5: Ordering and Payment for Goods

Article 16 (Payment Method)
A "member" may pay for goods sold by the "Company" using various card payment methods, including prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards. The "Company" does not charge any additional fee, under any name, other than the price of the goods with respect to the user's payment method.
  • ① The "Company" sends the user a confirmation of receipt when the user submits a purchase request. Details of the order confirmation can be checked on the relevant board.
  • ② A user who receives a confirmation of receipt may request a change or cancellation of the purchase request immediately upon receiving it if there is a discrepancy in intent, and the "Company" shall process such a request without delay if made before shipment. However, if payment has already been made, the "Return Policy" under Article 18 shall apply.
Article 17 (Delivery Policy)
① Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the timing of supply of goods, the "Company" shall take necessary measures, including production and packaging, so that the goods are delivered within 7 days from the date the user completes payment.
② The "Company" shall specify the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs by method, and the delivery period by method for goods purchased by the user at the bottom of the relevant product page. If the "Company" exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for any resulting damage, except where the "Company" proves it was not at fault.
Article 18 (Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy)
If the "Company" is unable to deliver or provide goods requested by a user due to being out of stock or similar reasons, it shall notify the user of the reason without delay, and if payment for the goods has already been received, shall refund the payment or take the necessary measures for a refund within 3 business days from the date payment was received.
  • ① If a user cancels payment before the goods are shipped, the "Company" shall cancel the relevant order and cancel the card payment authorization.
  • ② Payment cannot be cancelled after the goods have been shipped. However, in the case of damage or deterioration of goods due to the "Company's" negligence in "delivery," the "Company" shall take measures to return, refund, or exchange the purchase amount to the user.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 19 (Exemption from Liability and Damages)
① The Company is exempted from its responsibility to provide the service where it is unable to do so due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure event.
② The Company bears no responsibility for any outcome arising from transactions between users, or between a user and a third party.
③ The Company bears no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of information, materials, or content posted by a user on the message board, and the user shall use this site at their own responsibility.
④ The user bears full responsibility for any damage arising from material posted or transmitted by the user, or any disadvantage arising in connection with the selection of material or the use of any other free service.
⑤ The user is responsible for any damage arising from the management of their ID and password or from their own negligence, or from unauthorized use by a third party.
⑥ If the Company suffers damage as a result of a user's violation of these Terms, the user who violated these Terms shall compensate the Company for all resulting damage and shall indemnify the Company against such damage.
Article 20 (Consent to the Provision and Use of Personal Credit Information)
Personal credit information obtained by the Company in connection with membership registration shall not be provided to or used by a third party without the user's consent, in accordance with Article 23 of the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information. The user's consent is deemed to include consent to the Company providing the credit information of registered users to credit information agencies, credit information companies, and other users for use as data in assessing user creditworthiness, or to public institutions for use as policy data.
Article 21 (Resolution of Disputes)
① The Company and users shall make every effort necessary to amicably resolve any dispute arising in connection with the use of this site.
② Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed as a result of such a dispute, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
