- In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

Information you enter for membership registration, etc. is moved to a separate database (or, in the case of paper, a separate filing cabinet) once its purpose has been achieved, and is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policy and other relevant laws (see Retention and Use Period) before being destroyed.

Personal information that has been cancelled or deleted at the request of a user or legal guardian is processed and retained as specified in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company," and cannot be viewed or used for any other purpose.
